Apply Vietnam visa in Sapporo, Japan
This section explains what you should do if you are currently in Sapporo, Japan and in need for a Vietnam visa.
Note that Japanese passport holders are allowed to visit Vietnam within 15 days without visa. As citizens of other countries which are not included in the visa exemption list, you are required to get a valid Vietnam visa for your trip to Vietnam.

2. Apply for Vietnam Visa on Arrival with Vietnamvisa.org.vn (applicable for air travelers and your citizenship is available in our nationality list)
Vietnam visa on arrival is nowadays preferred for its convenience, such as: no need to go far to the Embassy, no need to send off your passport, do it everywhere online and save your time (1-2 working days only).
General steps are as follows.
+ Step 1: Apply online and make payment. You need to fill in the secure online form. It only takes a couple of minutes and pay the service fee. For service fees, click here.
+ Step 2: Get the “Visa approval letter” within 1 or 2 working days via email.
+ Step 3: Bring a copy of “Visa approval letter”, passport, 2 photos, “exit and entry form”, and stamping fee per person and get your visa stamp upon your arrival at the Vietnam international airports. For stamping fees, click here.
