Step 1: Designing your Vietnam Customized Tour

  • Use the form below to share all your travel wishes and general information such as the size of your travel group and travel dates.
  • With this information we will start making the first travel proposal.
  • Based on your feedback on the travel proposal, we will adjust the proposal until it is 100% to your wishes.

Step 2: Complete the booking

  • When you accept the travel proposal, the trip need to be confirmed by making a deposit.
  • After the deposit we arrange all individual travel components of your customize Vietnam tours and send you a confirmation.
  • The trip has to be fully paid at least 1 month before the start.

Step 3: The start of your trip

  • If your trip starts in Hanoi, one of our Vietnam experts will meet you in your hotel. Here you have time to talk about your itinerary to ensure that you start your trip with a good feeling.
  • No matter where you start your trip, we will always supply a free Vietnamese SIM card. With this SIM card you have internet access with your phone all over Vietnam.

Step 4: During your trip

  • Throughout the trip you can always contact your appointed travel expert through WhatsApp. This is if you need travel tips, you have problems on the way or you want a last minute change; your travel expert is ready to help you.
