Vietnam Visa Fees 2024
There are 2 types of Vietnam e-Visa fees that you must be aware of before applying for your entry visa or e-Visa through us: PROCESSING SERVICE FEE and GOVERNMENT FEE.
Processing Service Fee
To avoid the hassle of paperwork and queueing at the Embassy, you can apply online for a Visa on Arrival or an e-Visa.
We are a private agent, not under the Government. We process visa applications at the Vietnam Immigration Department and provide you with legal services on time. Therefore, the Processing Service Fee is the fee that the applicant must pay us in advance to process the Visa Approval Letter or the e-Visa.
Vietnam Visa Stamp fee (governmental official fee)
This is the fee that the applicant has to pay to the Immigration Department to get the Visa stamp to enter Vietnam.
When applying for an e-Visa, the Government fee must be paid in advance online along with the e-Visa Processing service fee. However, please note, with e-Visa, all e-Visa fees are non-refundable for any reason once it is paid.
For your convenience, you can also use our airport transfer service.
When applying for a Visa on Arrival, the Government fee is the fee that the applicant will pay at the Airport Visa Counter at the arrival airport to get Vietnam Visa stamp and Visa sticker. To avoid wasting time at the airport, you can pay your Government fees online with us by booking the All-Inclusive Package that includes Express Check-in and Government fee prepayment.
