All details must correct as in passport. We will not be responsible for any trouble at the airport if you send us incorrect details.
Date format: DD/ MM/ YYYY, for example: 09 Sep 2009
Port of arrival: Airport only (Hanoi, Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh Airport)
Note: Passport expiration date must be at least 06 months validity from your arrival date, if not, you cannot board the plane to Vietnam.
2. The entry and exit form for Vietnam visa (at the airport):
Please download, fill in and sign the Form in the attachment below before you arrive to Vietnam. It helps you save time, not need to stand in line to obtain this form at the airport.
Please glue 1 photo at right top corner as the form request and prepare 1 additional photo same size for Visa Stamping requirement at Vietnam airport.

3. How do the Vietnam visa pre-approved letter and code look like?
There are two kind of visa letter that you have to know clearly including visa approval letter and visa approval code.
3.1. Visa approval letter:
After you fill the form online & settle the payment successfully, we will send you pre-approved letter for picking up your visa upon arrival at the airport. Please make sure that you must have the pre-approved letter & print it out for boarding the airplane & get visa at the airport.
You cannot board the airplane and get visa at the airport without the pre-approved letter.

3.2. Visa approval code:
If you apply visa online at embassy and settle the payment successfully, we will also process your visa within 4-48 working hours. Then we will send you pre-approved code for picking up your visa at Vietnam Embassy where you provided us in applying form. You need to download and print out the visa approval code to obtain your visa at Vietnamese Embassy at your location.
