We would like to confirm that with visa on arrival, you do not need to send off your original passport. To apply for the visa, you can either nộp đơn của bạn ở đây with us, or send us your passport scan and confirm us your arrival date and the type of visa you wish to apply for so that we can support you further.

The standard process takes only up to 2 working days and if your application is approved by Vietnam Immigration Department, a visa approval letter will be issued and sent to you via email. With this letter, you will be able to fly to Vietnam and get the official visa stamped into your passport when you arrive at any Vietnam international airports.

All the related fees including processing fees, other extra-service fees and stamping fee are denoted and should be paid in US dollars. You can find the fees table here. Payment can be made online via Onepay or Paypal, or can be sent to us via Western Union; stamping fee must be paid directly to the Immigration in cash upon arrival.
