Tôi không chắc mình có hỏi đúng nơi cho câu hỏi này hay không. Bạn tôi là người Thái, bạn ấy dự định sẽ đi xe máy sang Việt Nam vào cuối năm nay.
(1) Anh ấy có cần xin giấy phép cho chiếc xe máy của mình không?
(2) Nếu có thì nên liên hệ ở đâu?
(3) Và cần chuẩn bị những giấy tờ gì

As far as we know, in order to ride motorbike into Vietnam, first he will need the permission of the country that he is going to bring the motorbike out. If he is granted by the other country to ride out, when he enters Vietnam with his motorbike, the custom officer will check and issue a document that allows him to bring them into Vietnam. However, we highly recommend that he should check with an authorized agency of the country he is intended to cross border with to enter Vietnam about this information since we are responsible only in the Vietnam visa field.
