Vào tháng 10 năm 2015, tôi và một người bạn đã đặt chuyến nghỉ dưỡng 14 ngày tới Việt Nam thông qua một công ty du lịch. Tôi được biết rằng việc làm theo thủ tục “Đơn xin thị thực” ‘trực tuyến’ là rất rủi ro vì đã xảy ra sự cố về “Lừa đảo thị thực” và sử dụng bất hợp pháp thông tin cá nhân của người nộp đơn khi đăng ký ‘trực tuyến. Trong trường hợp này, bạn có thể tư vấn cho tôi liệu có cách nào khác để nộp đơn không và nếu có thì chúng tôi cần tuân theo thủ tục nào cũng như khung thời gian để nộp đơn trước khi đi du lịch

We would like to inform that there are two common ways to get Vietnam visa for Australian citizens as follows.
1/. Apply for Vietnam visa at Vietnam embassies/consulates: It is the traditional way to get Vietnam visa. It is effective for all citizens and for all borders in Vietnam (airports, land or sea). You are advised to go to the nearest embassy/consulate of Vietnam to apply visa in person. Please visit our website ở đây to find the nearest one. Kindly contact them for detailed visa procedure and fee.
2/. Apply for Vietnam visa on arrival: It is applicable for air travelers only. If you do not wish to go to the embassy to apply in person and would like to get your visa result without waiting for so long, you can apply with us trực tuyến tại đây and receive your visa result within 1 - 2 working days only.
IMPORTANT: If your visa application is approved by Vietnam Immigration Department, you will receive the visa pre-approval letter. It is issued by Vietnam Immigration Department which is beyond our control and due to the higher volumes of tourists entering Vietnam per day, it may share your information with other applicants. However, we are able to support you with a private letter. Please drop us a message that you wish to have a private letter of approval without sharing with others. For sure, we will do our best to support you.
