私は米国国籍で、2015 年 3 月 18 日から 4 月 3 日までベトナムに旅行する予定です。今ビザを申請するのは早すぎますか?ビザの有効期間はどれくらいですか?

Thank you very much for your question.
You are advised to apply Vietnam visa around 3 months before departure date AND fix the flight schedule. In case the flight has not booked yet, then when apply visa, you should choose the arrival date as the earliest you can visit Vietnam.
