拝啓、
1つ質問があるのですが、オンラインでの支払いに問題があるのですが、御社に直接来て承認通知を受け取り、現金で支払うことは可能でしょうか？
今ハノイにいますが、来週末香港に行くので戻ってくるにはビザが必要です。
パスポートとフライトの詳細をすべてここに送ったほうがいいですか、それともあなたのオフィスに持っていくべきですか?

We would like to confirm that you can go directly to our office to make payment in cash for the processing fee of your visa application. The result will then be sent back to you via email within 2 working days so you do not need to pass by our office again to collect it.
We also confirm that we already have your information as you have booked with us before, so you only need to provide us your new arrival date as well as the type of visa you wish to 適用します for this time for further support.
