We confirm that if Olivier has not entered Vietnam within 30 days before 16 Oct 2015, he is exempt for Vietnam visa within 15 days single entry. Therefore, he does not need visa for the first entry on 16 Oct. He can apply for a 1 month-single entry visa for his return on 19 Oct to save costs.

- 1 month-single entry: service fee: USD 16.15, stamp fee: USD 45.00

- 1 month-multiple entries: service fee: USD 20.40; stamp fee: USD 65.00
