In order to apply visa to Vietnam, you can pick up visa at Vietnam Embassy nearest your place. After receiving your request we will process your application but note with Vietnam Immigration Department that you will pick up the visa at 越南大使馆/领事馆 abroad. The Dept will fax a letter to that Embassy, we will also send you the copy of that faxed version via email. You will bring this copy to the Embassy chosen then they will grant you visa. At this point, you will still have to pay for the official visa, but we are not sure about this fee because each Embassy/Consulate has its own policy. Kindly contact the Vietnam Embassy to make sure that your visa result is available in their system.
