我是中国人，经常去越野，我发现这个地点和海岸要比我在中国签证向旅行公司申请签证时要低，所以我的问题是中国人可以在这里申请签证吗？

We would like to inform you that due to an agreement between Vietnamese and Chinese Government, Vietnam visa on arrival is only available for Chinese passport holders who not flying from China Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao. Otherwise, you must apply Vietnam visa from Vietnamese representative offices in China.
