问题： 申请俄罗斯公民越南旅游签证
尊敬的先生：
我的儿子是俄罗斯公民，永久居住在蒙古，7月份前往越南参加儿童营，为期17天。
获得签证的最佳方式是什么。
我的理解是俄罗斯公民15天不需要签证。抵达后可以获得2天的签证吗？还是从蒙古买比较好？

我们想确认您的儿子在进入越南之前需要为其为期 17 天的越南之旅申请 1 个月单次入境签证。对于您的情况，申请越南旅游签证有两种常见方法，如下：
1. Applying for Vietnam Visa at Vietnam Embassies/Consulates (effective for all citizens and all borders in Vietnam): Please go to the Embassy/Consulate of Vietnam abroad to apply the visa in person. Kindly contact them for detailed procedure and fees. You can visit here to find the one that nearest your place.
2. Applying for Vietnam Visa on Arrival with www.vietnamvisa.org.vn (applicable for air travellers only): If you are flying to Vietnam, you may consider to apply for visas on arrival. You can 在这里提交您的在线签证申请，或者请将您的护照扫描件发送给我们，并向我们确认您的抵达日期以及您希望申请进一步支持的签证类型。
请注意，使用第二种选择时，俄罗斯护照持有者在越南国际机场获得官员在护照上盖章时可免收盖章费。因此，您只需支付手续费即可。
