We would like to inform that we provided visa on arrival service which you can board on your plane with approval letter and get your visa stamp at any Vietnam International Airport. Since you wish to apply for Vietnam visa at Vietnam Embassy in Hongkong and each Embassy/Consulate has different fee and procedure for processing visa application so you should contact the nearest one directly for the most precise information.
