Your visa approval will be valid from the date of arrival that your customers provide and lasts 1 month or 3 months depending on the visa type he/she applies. If he/she entries Vietnam later but exit before expiration date on visa, it is definitely acceptable. However, if he/she travels Vietnam sooner, he/she is imposed a fine to change his/her date of arrival on your visa.

We therefore, suggest your customers apply visa once your schedule is fixed to avoid any changes might cause. Additonally he/she can use our express service of 8 or 4 working hours to get visa in a short time.
