2022 年 3 月 15 日からベトナムを訪れる外国人旅行者に対する規制

From 15/03/2022, Vietnam will fully open tourism for international visitors. Since then, tourists can freely enter Vietnam as long as they have a Certificate of Covid-19 vaccination and a negative test for nCoV.

International visitors are allowed to travel to and enter Vietnam via any means of transports, including: by air, by land and by sea.

International visitors are allowed to visit the whole country of Vietnam.

到着前

First, international tourists must hold a Certificate of Covid-19 vaccination or the Certificate of recovering from Coronavirus (within 6 months).

Second, international tourists must have tested negative for Coronavirus before entering Vietnam:

• Visitors can choose to test by RT-PCR method or RT-LAMP method within 72 hours upon arriving in Vietnam; or
• Visitors can choose to test by Rapid test method within 24 hours upon arriving in Vietnam.

到着後

First, international visitors have to install and use “PC-Covid” – the national unified COVID-19 prevention and control app of Vietnam.

Second, after 24 hours within arrival, international tourists must take the rapid test:

• In case tourists travel to Vietnam by air: take the test at the accommodation.
• In case tourists travel to Vietnam by land or by sea: take the test at the border gate.

Third, international visitors must take the test on the 3rd day after arrival.

新型コロナウイルス感染症の治療費に対する保険

International visitors entering Vietnam must pay a $30 USD insurance premium to get the insurance of 10,000 USD in case they have Covid-19 and need treatment in Vietnam.
