• 使馆承诺遵守检疫、代表处、住所（旅客为外交官员）的防疫措施；
• 外交官身份证明（对于作为外交官的乘客）。

专家亲属的移民档案应包含以下文件：

• 企业所在省或市人民委员会出具的入境批准函，并希望邀请或保证外国人出于适当目的进入越南。
• 越南移民局向出于正当目的进入越南的外国人发出的正式信函。
• 卫生部关于收费酒店接机程序和酒店隔离计划的批准函。
• 外国人登记隔离的酒店预订证明和专家运输专用医疗车辆。
• SARS-CoV-2 检测呈阴性是在出发前 72 小时确认的。
