저는 중국에 거주하는 러시아인입니다. 15일 동안 러시아인에 대한 베트남 비자 면제 혜택을 누릴 수 있나요? 육로로 들어오면 문제가 되나요?

Dear Alexander Karlsson,As a Russia passport holder, you can enter Vietnam at any border gates (airport, borders or sea ports) without a visa as long as you stay in Vietnam for less than 15 days. For details, you can see here.
