I would like to enquire about the procedure involved in obtaining a Vietnam visa on my arrival to Vietnam by air. What fees and processes am I required to undertake?

My girlfriend (a Philippine national) and I (English with UK passport) wish to vist Vietnam in mid summer 2016, we have heard that we must have a certain amount of money in our bank accounts, is this correct and if so how much.nMany ThanksnBrian Drake답변

We would like to confirm you that under the new Vietnam Government Decree which takes effect from 1 July 2015, nationals of United Kingdom are exempt for a Vietnam visa within 15 days single entry regardless of passport types and purpose of visit. To enjoy the visa free, the new entry date must be more than 30 days from your last exiting date in Vietnam.
Therefore, kindly confirm us if you have visited Vietnam before and the details of your schedule for the upcoming trip for further advice.
