Question: Que me recommandez-vous de faire en matière de visa Vietnam ?
Bonjour,
Je pars en voyage à partir du 3 octobre en Asie du Sud-Est et je souhaite partir au Vietnam pendant un mois, peut-être plus, je ne connais pas ma date d'arrivée exacte mais ce sera vers décembre, mais cela pourrait être un à un autre moment, que me recommandez-vous de faire en termes de visa ?

Nous tenons à vous informer que les ressortissants de Royaume-Uni are exempt for a visa to Vietnam within 15 days single entry under the new policy which took effect from 1 July 2015. Please note that a visa is required if you wish to stay longer and if you wish to re-enter Vietnam within 30 days of your departure.
There are two common ways to get a visa to Vietnam:
1. Apply for a visa at Ambassades / Consulats du Vietnam aboard (effective for all citizens and all borders in Vietnam including airports, land or sea): You must go to the embassy/consulate aboard to apply the visa in person. Kindly contact them for details.
2. Demander un visa à l'arrivée with vietnamvisa.org.vn (applicable for air travellers only): If you do not wish to go to the embassy to apply visa in person, you can consider visa à l'arrivée. It takes only 1-2 working days to process your visa application.
You can choose to apply for a visa now using your earliest estimated arrival date (since you are not allowed to enter Vietnam before the registered arrival date) or wait until you get your arrival date finalized.
