Question: Visa vietnamien à l'arrivée pour les ressortissants allemands

Cher Monsieur ou Madame,
We are travelling to Vietnam in March/April 2014. We fly in at HCMC airport and would like to get a visa on arrival.
We are German nationals, flying with Air France or Emirates. Could you please confirm that the visa on arrival is a safe, secured and guaranteed option. What is the current stamp fee for 1 month, multiple entries? Still 65 USD?
Further, is it possible to enter Vietnam the second time overland, e.g. by bus coming from Cambodia? Or is it required to enter Vietnam always, i.e. not only at the first arrival, but also at every further arrival within the valid time period of the visa, at one of the 3 international airports?
I am grateful for your feedback.
Je vous remercie, et vous adresse mes salutations distinguées,
Timo

Dear Timo,

Merci de nous contacter.

We would like to answer you as follows.

1/Could you please confirm that the visa à l'arrivée is a safe, secured and guaranteed option?

Yes, surely. We have been serving thousands of customers visiting Vietnam with Vietnam visa on arrival each year. Currently almost air travelers to Vietnam prefers Vietnam visa on arrival due to its convenience, cost saving and time saving.

2/What is the current stamp fee for 1 month, multiple entries? Still 65 USD?

Yes. The current stamping fee for one month multiple entry visa is USD65/person.

3/Is it possible to enter Vietnam the second time overland, e.g. by bus coming from Cambodia? Or is it required to enter Vietnam always, i.e. not only at the first arrival, but also at every further arrival within the valid time period of the visa, at one of the 3 international airports?

Yes, you can enter Vietnam for the second or third time over land or sea because you already have your real multiple entry visa stamp into your passport. Only your first port of entry is required to be one of the three international airports because this is the place where you get your real visa stamp.

We hope that you are clear now and should you need further support, feel free to contact us.
