Question: Ai-je besoin d'un visa pour un transfert à l'aéroport international du Vietnam ?
Cher Monsieur, je suis un Chinois travaillant actuellement en Finlande. J'ai réservé le vol le 18 mars d'Helsinki Finlande à Hong Kong, et le vol transitera à l'aéroport international Tan Son Nhat de Hô Chi Minh-Ville. J'ai besoin d'un visa pour le transfert à l'aéroport international de Tan Son Nhat.

Ceci est pour informer qu'en raison de SRAS-CoV-2 spread out, Vietnam temporarily suspends issuing visas for all nationalities within 30 days from 18 March 2020. With your provided information, kindly check with your airlines agent if your luggage will be automatically transferred from one flight to another so you do not need to go out of the isolated area (just stay in Transit Area), you would not need a visa for your provided trip's information.
However, if you need to go out of the Immigration gate (isolated area) either to reach the baggage claim belt yourself or to go out of the airport, you would need to have a visa to pass the Immigration checking booth.
Please double check with your airlines about the information above and confirm us which situation you are in.
