Frage: Eine Frage zum Motorrad nach Vietnam?
Lieber Herr,
Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich diese Frage an der richtigen Stelle stelle. Mein Freund ist Thailänder und plant, Ende dieses Jahres mit dem Motorrad nach Vietnam zu fahren.
(1) Muss er für sein Motorrad eine Genehmigung beantragen?
(2) Wenn ja, an wen sollte er sich wenden?
(3) Und welche Dokumente er vorbereiten sollte

As far as we know, in order to ride motorbike into Vietnam, first he will need the permission of the country that he is going to bring the motorbike out. If he is granted by the other country to ride out, when he enters Vietnam with his motorbike, the custom officer will check and issue a document that allows him to bring them into Vietnam. However, we highly recommend that he should check with an authorized agency of the country he is intended to cross border with to enter Vietnam about this information since we are responsible only in the Vietnam visa field.
