This is to confirm you that as Italian passport holders taking flight to Vietnam, visa on arrival is surely proper for your clients. Upon the type of visa they wish, the service fee and stamping fee can be found 여기.
Please note that the service fee is paid to us for all paper works required to process their visa application while stamping fee is paid in cash directly to Immigration Department at Vietnam airports to get your visa stamp.
For visa application, just applicants' passport information is enough. Kindly send us their passport scan for further support.
