We understand you might need a rush visa to Vietnam, therefore we offer Express Service, please read the instructions carefully before you apply.
How does this service work?
8-working-hour processing:
If you submit your application and pay the fee before 8.00 AM Vietnam time on a working day (Monday-Friday), we will send you the visa result by 18:00 PM on the same day.
4-working-hour processing:
– If you submit your application and pay the fee before 8.00 AM Vietnam time on a working day (Monday-Friday) and choose 4-working-hour service, we will send you the letter of approval by 12:00 PM on the same day.
– If you submit your application and pay the fee before 13.30 PM Vietnam time on a working day (Monday-Friday) and choose 4-working-hour service, we will send you the letter of approval by 18:00 PM on the same day.
Note: The above processing time does not apply for Saturday, Sunday and national holidays. Please consider the time difference between Vietnam and your country.
What if my flight is on a Saturday or Sunday?
Please be advised that NO application can be processed on weekend because the Immigration office is closed, so you may need to change your flight by the following Monday.
Can it be guaranteed?
We are sorry, there is no 100% guarantee that we will send you the approval letter in the exact time frame above due to force majeure, in this case, we will make REFUND basing on our policy:
un. Pour les cas urgents :
– Si vous payez le « service super urgent » (4 heures ouvrables) mais recevez le résultat de votre demande entre 4 à 8 heures ouvrables, nous vous rembourserons la différence entre les frais du « service super urgent » et du « service urgent ». service".
– Si vous payez le « service urgent » mais ne recevez pas le résultat de votre demande dans les 8 heures ouvrables, nous vous rembourserons la différence entre les frais du « service urgent » et du « service normal ».
b. Pour les cas normaux/standards, nous vous aiderons en vous remboursant 20 % de vos frais.
