Pregunta: En cuestión de llegada Visa
I will be arriving into Vietnam at Hanoi Airport. Can I use Visa on Arrival at Hanoi airport and then later enter Vietnam overland from Siem Riep. My first entry is Hanoi Airport and second entry is the land crossing between Siem Riep and Ho Chi Min City

We would like to confirm that for your case, you are able to apply for a multiple entry visa on arrival and get your visa stamp at your first entry at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi. Later when you come back by crossing the land border, you already have the visa stamped in your passport.
