Dear Madam, Sir,
I’m planning to visit some friends in Saigon for about a week from probably December 10th to December 17th.
I have a Swiss passport.
Please let me know how to proceed best.

We would like to acknowledge your visa request for your coming trip to Saigon, Vietnam in December 2016. Kindly send us the scan or photo of your passport and confirm us exactly type of visa (1 month single/multiple entry) so that we can support further.
For your information, it normally takes up to 2 working days to process your visa application and once it is approved by Vietnam Immigration Department, a visa approval letter will be sent to you via email. With this letter, you will be able to fly to Vietnam and get your official visa stamped at any Vietnam international airports.
