I am not sure if I am asking the right place for this question. My friend is Thai, he is planning to ride his motorbike to Vietnam at the end of this year.

(1) Does he need to apply an approval for his motorbike?
(2) If yes, where he should contact?
(3) And what documents he should prepare

Querido señor, señora,

We would like to visit Vietnam for a holiday of 6 days, from 3 – 9 October 2016. There are 2 of us, and we are from New Zealand.

We will be flying into Hanoi from Bangkok. Can we get our visas on arrival at Hanoi airport? Could you please advise as to the correct procedure? Thank you.

Soy ciudadano italiano y visitaré Vietnam del 20 de agosto al 3 de septiembre, pero en este período también iré a Camboya (del 29 al 31 de agosto).

Entonces las preguntas son:

1. ¿Debo pagar una VISA DE ENTRADA ÚNICA en mi primera llegada (y es válida por 30 días, incluida la salida a Camboya y el regreso a Ho Chi Minh)?

2. ¿Debo pagar una VISADA DE ENTRADA ÚNICA cuando entre por segunda vez a Vietnam (de Camboya a Vietnam), y mi primera entrada desde Italia es gratis?

3. ¿Debo pagar una visa de entrada MÚLTIPLE?

I may be travelling to Vietnam later on in the year. I am a British passport holder but will be flying from Bangkok, Thailand. Do I need an entry visit to visit Vietnam?

I heard that this was no longer required to promote tourism. Is this correct?

Pregunta: Visa for vietnam – basic questions

Good morning,

I want to travel to Vietnam from around 01.09. until 01.11.2016.
I do NOT have booked my flights to Hanoi yet.
Do I first have to book my flights and 2nd apply for Visa?
If I do not get a visa after I purchased my flight – I have spent money for nothing!

OR do I first apply with an approximate arrival and departure date and once I got the visa I will book my flights?

Estimado señor/señora,

Mis amigos viven en Hue City y su visa de estudiante terminará el 14 de agosto, sin embargo, tendrá que quedarse en Hue City hasta septiembre. Volverá a Singapur esta semana durante unos días y le gustaría obtener una visa de 3 meses a la llegada cuando regrese a Vietnam nuevamente.

Entonces, ¿es posible que ella obtenga la visa a la llegada mientras todavía tiene su visa de estudiante?
