How to apply Vietnam visa in Singapore

If you are in Singapore and plan to visit Vietnam but not a citizen in 베트남 비자 면제 목록, a Vietnam visa getting in advance is required for your trip.

There are three ways to apply for Vietnam visa from Singapore:

Option 1: Vietnam E-Visa (Online)

Eligibility: Singaporeans and most foreign nationals residing in Singapore can apply.

Steps Apply e-Visa:

  1. Visit the official Vietnam E-Visa website: https://evisa.gov.vn or https://www.vietnamvisa.org.vn/apply-visa/
  2. Fill in the application form (personal details, passport info, travel dates).
  3. Upload a digital passport-sized photo (4x6cm) and a scanned copy of your passport (Vietnam Visa photo guidelines here).
  4. Pay the visa fee online (USD 25 for single-entry, USD 50 for multiple-entry).
  5. Receive the E-Visa via email in 4-6 working days.
  6. Print the E-Visa and present it upon arrival in Vietnam.

Option 2: Visa on Arrival (VOA)

Requires pre-approval letter (applied online through an travel agency).

  1. Apply online via a reliable Vietnam visa agency.
  2. Submit passport details and pay the service fee.
  3. Receive an approval letter via email (1-2 working days).
  4. Fly to Vietnam and present the approval letter, passport, 2 passport photos, and 각인 수수료 (USD 25 for single-entry, USD 50 for multiple-entry) at the Visa on Arrival counter.

Option 3: Apply at the 베트남 대사관 싱가포르에서

Steps Apply Visa at the Embassy of Vietnam:

  1. Prepare documents:
  • Completed visa application form (여기에서 다운로드).
  • Original passport (valid for at least 6 months).
  • 2 passport-sized photos (4x6cm, white background).
  • Flight itinerary & hotel booking (for tourist visa).
  • Invitation letter (for business visa).

4. Important Notes
