보건부 발행 베트남 입국 시 7일간 의료격리 사용에 관한 규정
CovID-19에 대해 완전히 예방 접종을 받고 음성 PCR 검사 결과를 얻은 사람들은 7 일 의료 검역소와 다음 7 일 자체 모집단에 배치됩니다.
8 월 4 일, 보건부는 공식 서한 번호 6288/BYT-MT를 발행하여 충분한 양의 COVID-19 백신을받은 이민자들의 의료 격리 시간의 감소를 인용했습니다.
According to Official Letter No. 6288/BYT-M, people who fully meet the following conditions are entitled to 07 days of full medical isolation and continued medical observation for the next 07 days (Not applicable if those enter Vietnam for working purpose less than 14 days and those enter isolation in accordance with other National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control and Ministry of Health regulations)
+ Having a negative SARS-CoV-2 test result (by RT-PCR/RT-LAMP method) within 72 hours of departure;certified by the competent authority of the country performing the test;
+ COVID-19 백신의 전체 용량을 받았으며 (진입 전 12 개월 이내에 최소 14 일 이내에 제공되는 마지막 복용량) 예방 접종 증명서가 있습니다. 또는 SARS-COV-2에 감염된 적이 있으며 (진입 전 6 개월이 지난 단일 샘플의 RT-PCR 방법에 의한 SAR-COV-2에 대한 긍정적 인 테스트 증명서와 함께) COVID-19 질병으로부터의 회복 증명서 또는 치료 국가의 전능 당국이 발행 한 질병으로부터의 회복을 확인하는 동등한 문서가 있습니다.
예방 접종 증명서 또는 COVID-19의 회복 증명서는 베트남에서 인정하고 받아 들여야합니다. 영사관의 베트남 공식 웹 사이트를 통해 인증서가 적절한 경우 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.
다른 요구 사항은 다음과 같습니다.
+ 입학 후 7 일째 날에 SARS-COV-2 테스트를 수행합니다 (첫날은 빠른 항원 테스트 또는 RT-PCR 방법으로 7 일은 단일 샘플 RT-PCR 방법을 사용해야합니다). 긍정적 인 경우 규정에 따라 처리됩니다.
+ During moving from the centralized isolation facility to the residence, people who have just completed the concentrated medical isolation are required to follow the 5K message, especially wearing a mask and keeping a distance, constantly turning on and using the Bluezone application.
+ During the medical observation period: those who completed the concentrated medical isolation are asked to use the Bluezone application until the end of 14 days from the date of entry. Consistently implement the 5K Message, especially wearing a mask, not gathering, and not going to crowded places are all mandatory requirements.
Those who have not been vaccinated or have not received enough vaccine doses must self-isolate at home for 14 days from the date of arrival/return and continue to self-monitor their health for the next 14 days. They are asked to take the test on the first day, the 7th day, and the 14th day of the medical isolation period at home or place of residence. If a positive test result for SARS-COV-2 is obtained, it will be handled in accordance with regulations.
