New changes in Vietnam Immigration policy will be effective from July 2020
The immigration law named 51/2019/QH14 issued by the National Assembly of Vietnam will be applied from 01 July 2020. It might be said that some changes will make the proper and good conditions for tourism development and business investment. The procedure will be transparent for both executors and implementers. If you are foreigners who are working or just travelling in Vietnam, you should spend your time finding out these points.
Number 1: The change on tourist visa (DL)
Toda la visa de turista se otorgará validez de 1 mes de su fecha de entrada. Si tiene una visa de 3 meses y desea quedarse más tiempo dentro de los 3 meses, debe extenderse su visa. Este cambio se considera el paso adecuado para minimizar a los extranjeros que solían trabajar ilegalmente en Vietnam bajo la visa turística.
Número 2: El propósito de la visa puede ser cambiado
En el pasado, si desea cambiar el propósito de la visa de turista a negocios, se le aconseja que abandone Vietnam y use la nueva visa con un nuevo propósito para regresar. No es hasta el 1 de julio de 2020 que el proceso se llevará a cabo en Vietnam con las siguientes condiciones,
+ El documento que muestra al inversor o un representante de una organización extranjera que invierte en Vietnam
+ The document showing the relationship such as father, mother, wife, husband and children
+ The work permit or labor contract by the business sponsor in Vietnam
+ The owner of work permit use e visa to enter Vietnam
Number 3: Los cambios en la visa de inversión
There are 4 types of investment which is based on the rate of direct capital contribution in Vietnam.

Number 4: The regulation on Temporary Residence Card (TRC)
Here are some changes you should note:
+ The validity of temporary residence cards is shorter than the remaining time of passport at least 30 days.
+ Temporary residence card with the symbol DT1 is valid for not more than 10 years.
+ Tarjetas de residencia temporales con símbolos NG3, LV1, LV2, LS, DT2 y DH son válidos por no más de 05 años.
+ Tarjetas de residencia temporales con símbolos Nn1, nn2, dt3, tt son válidos por no más de 03 años.
+ Tarjetas de residencia temporales con los símbolos LD1, LD2 y PV1 son válidos por no más de 2 años.
