The initiative of Ha Long Bay Alliance aims at fostering the collaboration to ensure sustainability of Ha Long Bay by raising awareness and capacity of local governmental and non-governmental organizations to effectively manage natural resources.
IUCN’s project is expected to emphasize on policy dialog, while MCD is likely to focus on calling the involvement at the grassroots level, enhancing the capacity of non-governmental organizations in the country to improve natural resource management and sustainable economic development.
