Question: Vietnam visa procedures for Italian citizens
Dear Sirs,
On your web-site you told to write you directly.
We have 3 clients, coming to Vietnam by flight on 3jan and leaving on 20jan. They are Italian citizens on tourism purpose.
I read that they can apply visa on arrival; which are the procedures, what do they need to take with them and the cost?
Is it advisable/better to apply visa before departure?
Thanks and best regards
Marzia
Answer
Dear Marzia Zucca,
Thank you for contacting us.
This is to confirm you that as Italian passport holders taking flight to Vietnam, visa on arrival is surely proper for your clients. Upon the type of visa they wish, the service fee and stamping fee can be found here.
Please note that the service fee is paid to us for all paper works required to process their visa application while stamping fee is paid in cash directly to Immigration Department at Vietnam airports to get your visa stamp.
For visa application, just applicants' passport information is enough. Kindly send us their passport scan for further support.
We hope it helps and look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Vietnam Visa support Team
