Payment Guidelines

PAYMENT OPTIONS

At the moment, 3 options are available for your choice to make the payment for visa application:

A – Online Payment

1. Paypal: You also can make your payment by credit card via the PayPal platform. Our Paypal Address: [email protected]. Please select Paypal for payment methods at the last step of application to process payment or make payment at a later date by log in your account.

2. Onepay: pay by Credit Card, VISA Card, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club… through http://www.OnePay.vn: If the Onepay selected, just fill your Credit Card details in secure online form as detailed guidance in the last step of payment or make payment at a later date by log in your account.

B – Direct Payment

3. Western Union: You can pay from any bank in the world using Western Union service.
The beneficiary information as follows:
+ Full name: CAO VAN HIEU
+ Address: Ha Noi, Vietnam
+ ID number: 001 082 006 580

After making the payment, kindly send us the scan of the bank slip for payment checking and successful drawing. Please be kindly noticed that the transaction fee is available.

Notes:

– Once your payment is successfully received, we will process your visa application within 2 working days (normal service) or within 1 business day (urgent service). The visa result will be sent to your email or you can download when log in your account on our website.
– The fee you pay us is the service fee used to process your visa application ONLY. When getting the visa stamp at the arrival airport, you are required to pay for stamping fee. See Vietnam visa fees for further details.

PAYMENT ISSUES
– If you make payment failed, some below situations which could have possibly caused the decline. Please double check carefully before making payment again:
+ Your credit card does not have online payment function.
+ Your credit is expired.
+ Mistyped the Card Security Code (CSC).
+ Reached daily spending limit.

– What if you wish to order extra service after submitting the visa application? Do not worry. Kindly send an email to us [email protected] and states the services you want to add; then we will send you a link to make the extra payment.

– The status on our website is changed manually during the working hours. Therefore, do not worry if you make the payment successfully but when check the visa status it is said “your payment has not made”. It will be updated soonest in our next working hours.
