As you can see from the date on this email, we arrived back to our home today. During our travels in Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand, we were not able to use our email easily, and appologize for not getting back to you earlier.

However, we wanted to let you know that the service that was provided to us upon our arrival in Ha Noi was excellent and greatly appreciated. Our plane arrived approximately one hour late, and we were very pleased to see your assistant holding a sign with our name on it as we approached the visa booth. One of our suitcases did not arrive on our flight. Even though it was very late a night, she helped us complete the necessary paperwork to have the missing suitcase sent to our hotel in Ha Noi the following day. We want to thank you and your company for the excellent assistance that was provided to us and helped to make our stay in Vietnam a very memorable trip.
